VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

The Long Stay is a voluntary residential program. All residents must enter of their own free will and sign consent documents at a lawyer's office before admission. We do not accept forced admissions.

NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cases of early departure, removal for rule violations, or any other reason. This policy is clearly communicated before payment.

NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY

The Long Stay is not a medical facility, detox center, or rehabilitation program. We do not provide medical treatment, therapy, counseling, or medication. Residents must be medically stable and not require medical supervision.

PROGRAM RULES

Residents agree to follow all program rules. Violation of rules may result in immediate removal without refund. Rules include but are not limited to: no substances, no unauthorized communication, compliance with staff instructions.

LIABILITY

The Long Stay assumes no liability for outcomes. We promise containment, not recovery. Results vary and no guarantees are made regarding sobriety, behavior change, or any other outcome.

JURISDICTION

The program operates in Cambodia. All agreements are subject to Cambodian law.
